How to Use

1. Add 250 g of salt to a basin with warm water (enough to cover the heels).

2. Wait 15 minutes until the salt dissolves completely.

3. Soak feet for 20 minutes in the saltwater.

4. Remove feet and let them air-dry for 10 minutes.

5. Rinse with water.

Note: The prepared saltwater does not need to be discarded immediately – it can be reused for up to six days. However, if you have athlete’s foot, itching, or any contagious condition, do not reuse the water yourself or allow anyone else to use it.
