How to Use

1Lie down and relaxLie on your side and gently massage around the ear area to help yourself relax.

2Prepare & insert the candleSlide the protective disc onto the candle. Light the wide end and gently insert the narrow end vertically into the ear canal opening. Do not force it in.

3Remove & extinguishOnce the flame reaches the marking (cordon), remove the candle and immediately extinguish it in water. Do not blow it out.

4CleanGently clean the ear canal opening with the included cotton swab.
