Use of social media presences
We have an online presence on the social networks and platforms listed below. These presences serve to communicate directly with customers, interested parties and users. Furthermore, the presences serve the purpose of advertising our products and services.
When you visit our social media sites, your data may be automatically collected and stored for the purposes of advertising and market research. This data is used to create user profiles using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to show you interest-based advertising within and outside the platforms. Cookies are regularly used for this purpose, which enable the recognition of an Internet browser and in which your interests and user behaviour are stored.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in direct communication with users and the optimisation of the design of our online presence.
If you have given your consent to the operators of the respective social media platforms to process your data, e.g. by ticking a checkbox, the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent from the operator of the respective platform at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The assertion of data subject rights and requests for information can be most effectively addressed directly to the providers of the platforms, as only they have access to your data and can take immediate action and provide information. We will of course support you in this if required.
Further information on the terms of use and data protection of the respective platform as well as a detailed description of further data processing and the respective objection options can be found on the providers' websites at
